I want to go open beta Oct 15th, but I don't know if I'll be able due to school and other requirements. -.-

They will be reset, but you'll gain more than you'll lose if you qualify for the Closed Beta program.

Will the resets rewards be based off of how high leveled we are? because i dont see how its fair that a lvl1 will get the same rewards as a lvl20

I can't say for sure, it's unfair to the people that got to play less for lesser rewards, so I probably will evaluate each person to determine that (factoring in their join date and participation / level).
