The walking in battles and the attack are so fast... I have seen an old BT video and they moved slowly. In my opninion slower attacks/walking looks WAAAAY better. [VIDEO]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oNvBHDvsWhs[/VIDEO]
Well I think that he sped them up temporarily but the reason that he sped it up in the first place is people complained that it was TOO slow. I don't mind the sped up movement but I think it's only temporary but I don't know for sure.
A lot of people originally didn't like it when I brought up the idea, but I think with the vision I have for game play, it'll significantly enhance the enjoyment of battles, and shave off over half the time required to battle. Waiting 3 second walking to targets over the course of the battle added up. I think most old players now would agree it was a positive change, and would chew my head off if I changed it back.
I agree it doesn't look as nice, but I don't think it's a big loss. I originally just wanted newbies to walk, and different classes to have different animations, but I think this can improve the game play significantly and make it more action oriented.
