Basically a show who's online page on the forum. So we know who is online and also maybe a last moved time for eg. if the guy haven't moved for 10 minutes, it will put 'Last seen 10 Minutes Ago'.

It shows on the person's profile, the forum online list probably isn't a good idea when theres too many people online.
