Is this in the works? I think the game would be loads more fun with some more options when in combat.

Perhaps special attacks that you can use every few turns, or it uses up your mana.

I know the game is bare bones, but I am just wondering if this is planned.

I am talking about melee stuff, like maybe a move where you do less damage but it will hit, i.e. will not be blocked or dodged.

Maybe a super attack that you have to charge up 1-2 rounds for (like the mind button or sleep button)

Well in terms of spells, there will be physical combat spells that can stun and don't miss, but will require certain weapons or such.
