Im pretty sure this is the bug with /sit. If you wait before sitting after leaving dungeon it instantly regains hp as if you were sitting the whole time. However, when you go back in the dungeon you lose that hp, creating the bug. Basically to recreate it, complete a dungeon with low hp, go outside and wait like a minute then do /sit and you should regen a large amount of health instantly, go back into dungeon or to another screen and you will find out you didnt actually regain it
