Battle Bug Being Able to Attack The Dead

As you can see I pressed the number 4 after killing the middle hendo and it allowed me to reselect it and attack it if wanted.

warning the only time it works for me is when theres 2 or more and i kill one and get a second turn to kill the other then i select the on i killed

This happened to me once, when i attacked the 'dead' nothing happens and i had to refresh :s

So you mean when it's fading out you quickly select it before it disappears?

Well what happens is sometime rarely after I kill something I can reselect it and attack a blank space nothing happens except a error gets sent and I attack nothing and my turns over. Also not really arun it happens after it faded out and I can deselected and reselect it as much as I want.
