My character says I do from 33-47 attack but im hitting for 19 29 damage.

Are you referring to player vs player or player vs monsters?
When players have armors equipped, their defense increases causing you to hit lesser than usual.

Monster Defense and your target needs to be in orange tile range to get 100% normal damage.

also I have to apologize the 19 and 29 damage was after i hit once.
