When you die, you don't get fully healed. You get healed about 55%, I'm not sure if it is a bug, or if it is intended but i'd suggest it fully heal you when you die and go to the hospital.

The Idea is that they found you in a field half-dead,took you to the hospital and there once you wake up (55% of life is enough to open your eyes and walk) You also Lost some Mana even If you didn't used them cause, While in coma Hedos that killed you came and took your Mana to the Lord Dark Kuppi,Once enough Mana took from you,The Dark Kuppi Will rage and appear in one of your fight,Good Luck Fighting him fellow warrior.

I don't see the benefit at starting at full HP/MP, ideally you'll look around town while you're healing and not just run back to the caves.
