This only happens when there are 4 people or more wanting to join the same dungeon. If 3 players join a room, and a fourth player clicks on the room, then on one of the locks, then closes the UI (other players can start the dungeon, as long as the fourth player is able to click on one of the locks, this will work), the fourth player will be able to run around with the blue balloon above his head. http://i.imgur.com/q24au6I.png
News : turns out you don't need to click on the lock. I didn't know, as I only tried it once, but it's confirmed. You just need to join a full room and close the UI.
This bug is known already I think (unless I fixed a similar bug), I forgot the specifics but I don't think it requires 4 people, just leaving a room by pressing close.
