A curse word filter has been added to BattleTale. The game has always been intended to be a friendly environment for players of all ages. This includes getting rid of the toxic environment present in a lot of other games, abusive behavior, harassing and other things that can scare away new players.

To help combat this a curse word filter with an internal strikes system has been added. Repeated use of curse words will disable players from being able to chat in-game, extending each time it occurs until the strike expires.

We understand that a lot of you will not like it, as there weren't any rules previously, but it's imperative to grow a community such as this that things like this are implemented.

Please be aware and refrain from using curse words and participating in abusive behaviors while playing BattleTale.
